These beautiful sterling silver pins, which can also be worn as a pendant, are handcrafted in Washington State. In a collaboration between a metalworker and gemologist, every pin is a unique union of sterling silver and stone in the forms of different species of birds. The bodies of the pins are semi-precious stones, carefully selected for their color and pattern, which have been cut, shaped and polished by hand. Whether the piece uses a Brazilian Agate from South America or a type of jasper that can only be collected during low tide in Madagascar, each stone has details and color that reveal the artistic talents of Mother Nature, and become the heart and soul of each pin.
