Designed for rainstorms and unpredictable weather while still looking great, the Torrent Jacket has a tailored cut made from 2.8 oz. exterior ripstop nylon with XPR coating providing absolute waterproof comfort. Although tailored, the jacket is roomy, with plenty of space for layering. The defining feature of this jacket is the Sleeve Chap, which is a waterproofed, zippered, opening, running the length of each arm. You can take your arms out of the sleeves for maximum venting without taking your jacket off. Every detail has been addressed with this jacket: a Sleeve Chap zippered venting system; all external zippers are waterproofed; the molded cuff tabs adjust cuff tightness; a 28.5" extended back tail protects the rear; three adjusting hood cords, one on top and two on the sides fit the hood to the head; a quick and easy roll-down feature stores the hood; two individual internal mesh pockets and two external, waterproofed zip side pockets provide plenty of storage; a soft microfiber chin protector prevents chapping; a separate internal iPod pocket gives tune capability; and a draw-cord hem finishes off this technical rain jacket.
